Molybdenum wire

Mainly refers to a kind of consumables made of precious metals such as molybdenum, which move continuously with high voltage electric field in WEDM. That is to say, the fine wire which moves continuously in WEDM machine tool is called electrode wire (also called electrode), which can remove the workpiece by pulse spark discharge and cut metal forming. Molybdenum wire has many other uses.
purpose
1. Pure molybdenum wire GMPM.1 is used for winding core wires, brackets, lead wires, heating elements, molybdenum foil tapes, wire cutting, spraying automotive parts, etc.
2. Lanthanum molybdenum wire GMHI-M.12 is used for winding core wire glass seals, molybdenum foil tapes, furnace heating materials, high temperature WEDM components, etc.
3. Yttrium-molybdenum wire GMHYM.13 is used for bracket, lead-out wire, electronic tube reed, grid, furnace heating material and high temperature components.
4. Molybdenum wire GMPM-1 and GMHI-M-2 for wire cutting are used for cutting various non-ferrous metals, steel and magnetic materials. It has the characteristics of high strength, good discharge performance, high surface finish, fast cutting speed and long service life.
